The Traditional Pasta Night of Quepos Triathlon

The dinner before a competition, athletes are required not to eat heavy foods in fat and avoid sausages, a pasta dish is a good dinner and that is why Restaurante Mira Olas prepares for the traditional pasta night of the Quepos triathlon.

The list of reservations for this dinner begins to rise with a month of time and even though the Restaurant has a capacity for 80 people every year many athletes run out of space. The most traditionally requested pastas are: Fetuchini Alfredo, Spaguetti Fruti Di Mary (Seafood), Spaguetti or Penne al Pesto and Fetucchini with Shrimp.

The ocean view and location in front of the Quepos malecon are some of the reasons why locals and foreigners prefer Mira Olas Restaurant, besides the human quality and attention of its staff. The restaurant is located within the Best Western Kamuk Hotel & Casino and the traditional pasta night starts at 6 pm until 10 pm.
