The availability of WiFi has become a major factor when it comes to how many people choose their accommodations, but selecting a hotel for their WiFi is useless when service is spotty, bandwidth limited. No one wants to deal with constant buffering and slow speeds that limit browsing and downloading.

Hotel Wi-Fi connections can be a big black mystery box. There are those without Wi-Fi, those that charge you extra for it, those that limit you to a few devices, those that only beam it to random corners of the lobby and those that give it up for free but keep it dreadfully slow.
